Our excellent health and safety record hasn't happened by accident. As well as adhering to the most stringent of health and safety guidelines, we never fail to demonstrate total commitment to the welfare of our staff, our clients, and our clients' customers.
At CAPS we are extremely health and safety focused, especially with respect to our window cleaning teams. All operatives benefit from regular health & safety training using a combination of talks and courses. CAPS operatives are therefore expected to be fully conversant in safe window cleaning methods, the correct use of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), and understanding risk assessments and method statements.
Before commencement of work at any retail site, we undertake a risk assessment to identify any existing site-specific hazard. We appreciate that sometimes your own staff and customers may be around when our staff our working, so all our operatives are very clear on when and how to display safety signs during cleaning tasks where there is an identified risk.
We also complete method statements for all the cleaning activities we undertake at each site, and provide the relevant COSHH Data Sheets for all the cleaning chemicals and solutions we use. In short, from induction to on-site work practices we take health and safety seriously and have maintained a spotless record with all our clients.
