“We have been involved in the window cleaning business for many years and have developed a real sense of what our clients expect. We soon realised that the retail sector had very particular needs, different from other businesses, that were not being properly fulfilled.
“For example, shop fronts need to be serviced far more regularly. Store managers expect excellent standards of cleaning but with a personal touch. Large retailers also demand good quality management, health & safety practises, regular training and of course affordable pricing!
“So in 1998, we developed CAPS to bridge that gap - a personal service for retailers with the support of a professional organisation to back up our local teams.”
